Using the website

You're welcome to browse, contact us and chat with Amaya. Please don't:

  • try to get into parts of the website that aren't meant for you, including the team's admin area
  • disrupt or overload the website, or copy it at scale with automated tools
  • send spam, harmful code, or unlawful, abusive or misleading content through the form or the chat
  • try to trick Amaya into ignoring its instructions or producing harmful content
  • pretend to be someone else

We may block access for anyone who does.

Information on this website

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it's general information, not an offer. Descriptions of services, timelines and features give you an idea of what we do. What we'll actually deliver, when and for how much is only fixed in a written proposal or agreement.

Amaya, our AI assistant

Amaya answers questions about AURO automatically. Please keep in mind:

  • Amaya is an AI, not a person, and can be wrong or incomplete.
  • Nothing Amaya says is a quote, a promise or a binding offer, or professional, legal or financial advice. For anything important, confirm with our team.
  • Don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.

What you send us

When you contact us, please make sure what you send is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. We treat enquiries as confidential. If you'd like a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before sharing details of your business, just ask; we're happy to sign one.

Projects and EduNova

Work we do for clients, and the use of our product EduNova, are covered by separate written agreements. If those agreements and these terms ever differ, the agreement wins.

Our content and brand

The text, design, graphics and software of this website, and the names and logos of AURO, Amaya and EduNova, belong to AURO or the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for your own use, but please don't copy, change or reuse our content or brand without our written permission. Some images are used under their own free licences.

Links and other services

The website links to services we don't run, such as WhatsApp. Their own terms apply there, and we're not responsible for their content or availability.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or remove parts of it at any time.

Liability

The website is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, AURO isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data) that come from using the website or relying on its information, including Amaya's answers.

If you misuse the website and that leads to a claim against AURO, you're responsible for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have, or any liability we have, that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please talk to us first; most things can be sorted out quickly. If a dispute can't be resolved that way, the courts of India will have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the website after that, the new terms apply.
